If your CineCard was not
displayed, it could be due to 2 things:
Your CineCard does not comply with our guidelines
A technical error has occurred - If this is the case you are of course entitled to a refund - No questions asked
I can`t log on..
The typical error is the app has not been updated. It’s a good idea to set your Cinemataztic app to auto update. That way you are sure that it always works.
