Your CineCard does not comply with our guidelines
A technical error has occurred - If this is the case you are of course entitled to a refund - No questions asked
Why has my CineCard been rejected?
Your CineCard will be rejected if it contains any offensive content
Your CineCard will be rejected if your CineCard can in any way ruin the cinema experience for some of the other guests
Your CineCard will be rejected if it contains any content that in any way violates the copyright of others
